With extensive expertise in sustainable business development and international food markets, Natt brings a forward-thinking approach to driving long-term growth and expanding Fita's global presence while upholding the highest environmental and ethical standards. His ability to integrate existing resources in Rwanda is unlocking revenue growth in new markets and enhancing Fita’s product offerings. As Strategy Director at Fita, Neil brings 30 years experience in growth businesses combined with a sharp, analytical focus to shape the company’s long-term vision and growth. A deep understanding of market dynamics and a knack for innovative thinking, Neil confidently steers Fita’s strategic initiatives, ensuring sustainable expansion and operational efficiency. His expertise in business strategy, technology, AI and process optimisation helps Fita navigate the complexities of global markets.

Board Member

Jeff Bungeri represents the Aegis Peace Fund on our board, bringing a strong focus on long-term impact, responsible growth, and community development. His involvement ensures that our work in Rwanda goes beyond agriculture—supporting initiatives that contribute to stability, opportunity, and lasting positive change.

Jeff’s perspective strengthens our commitment to building something meaningful on the ground, where quality, responsibility, and impact go hand in hand.

Emmanuel Uwiringiyima
Farm Manager

Emmanuel Uwiringiyima has been with us since Fita was just a concept, playing a key role in bringing ideas to life on the ground in Rwanda. As Farm Manager, he oversees everything from land acquisition and farm setup to planting, cultivation, and harvest—ensuring our chillies are grown to the highest possible standard.

But Emmanuel’s role goes far beyond farming. He has been instrumental in building relationships with local communities, supporting land access, and contributing to peace-building efforts that create long-term stability for the people we work with. His deep understanding of the local landscape—both agricultural and social—has been critical to establishing a reliable, sustainable supply chain.

Junior Mutabazi
Production Manager

Junior Mutabazi is responsible for overseeing the production operations at Fita Limited. As Production Manager, his strong technical skills and passion for sustainable farming ensure that Fita's products maintain the highest quality standards. Junior's focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement keeps the production side of the business running smoothly, contributing to the company's mission of delivering bold, authentic flavours with an ethical approach.
